About My Approach
How I Can Help
After graduating with my nutrition degree from Penn State in 2019, I began coaching and training clients. After lots of trial and error, I began to notice the bigger picture. I could answer all their questions and tell them exactly what to eat, but something was still missing. That particular aspect was health literacy, cooking education, behavioral change, and addressing disordered eating. After realizing this, my coaching strategies completely changed. I truly believe if you do not understand the type of food you're consuming, how it nutritionally benefits you, and how to cook it properly, then you will still struggle to make healthier choices for the rest of your life.

About Me.
In 2019, I received a bachelor`s degree in nutritional sciences with an emphasis in nutrition education from Penn State. While at Penn State, I was a member of the varsity track & field team, where I qualified and competed at the Big Ten Championships, and regional qualifiers 3 years in a row. While still competing, I fell in love with olympic weightlifting. I decided to continue my athletic career, and transition into competitive olympic weightlifting, where I am currently striving to make my first international team.
Aside from being a competitive athlete , I spent time interning at the Penn State Hershey Surgical Weight-Loss Center, as a strength & conditioning intern for Penn State athletics, and writing articles for the school paper. Now I help men, women, and children optimize their nutrition no matter the goal.
